How long have you been drawing Space pops for?
|
I started on May 1. Took some time off in late July and restarted August 31.

I don't have an exact count - I know it's over 100.

A lot of it comes from past experiences/childhood memories, but I'm also inspired by current events and things that happen in m..
..y daily life.

It can be hectic at times, but I enjoy writing and drawing, and seeing the finished product out there every day.
| Q5: | "Do you get time to do anything else? If so - what do you like to do?" |
If I do have extra time, I go to the gym, watch movies, and cook. And if it's Sunday or Monday night, I'll watch football :)

No. I have a top-secret "normal" job of which I will never speak of on the record. LOL!

I sketch them out, then pencil & ink on bristol, scan into the computer, prepare for web w/ Photoshop & Adobe Image Ready.

Have you noticed any increase in readers or twitter followers since this syndication has been happening?

I haven't noticed much change in Twitter followers, but I do notice more readers and RT's.

I was on Twitter a few months before I started Space Pops, but didn't get the hang of it until after.

I think I have 9 fans on Facebook, and they all came over from Twitter lol! I'm more of a Twitter person.

It'd be great 2B in print, but I'll always B online. I like the immediacy & interaction w/ readers & other artists via internet

Not directly. All the characters are based on me (and some of my friends) at different stages of life.

Cloe and Cooper remind me of how I was as a kid. But right now I feel like I'm a combination of Electra and Sadie.

I guess I would be Dracula so then I could turn into a bat and fly around. That would be fun!

My favorite would have to be Super Mario Brothers. I hated Frogger, it would give me anxiety lol!

Odie might be physically stronger 'cuz he's younger, but Snoopy'll win 'cuz he's smarter. Especially if dressed as the Red Baron
