Q1:
"Hello my friend."
More on Q1...
Between which glamorous engagements do we find you today?

Howdy. Sorry for my tardiness. Was just at a lunch with @stephenfry We were both wearing corduroy. Wanted to rub against ..

Don't blame you, what a beautiful man. Is he beautiful?

Stunning man. He spoke so intelligently about nature conservation. He has more interesting facts than juice bottle lids...

Q2:
"So what's your schedule like at the mo? Don't you just rock up to the ABC and be charming one night a week? Is it a.."

..ll lunches?

Gruen Nation taped last night. Peter Garrett was at the lunch today and I felt guilty about making a joke about him on show!

Q3:
"Did you speak to him? We've chased him for 4 years and he's never agreed to be on our radio show. Not even pre-insu.."
More on Q3...
..lation.

Yeah we spoke. On Gruen we were assigning politicians superpowers and I said his would be the power to turn invisible...

when an election is called. Either that or he could be Pink-batman... I didn't mention either of those things #gutless

Q4:
"Hahaha. YOu didn't want to upset beautiful Stephen I'm sure. Any politics over lunch?"

Well interestingly enough "population control" was discussed. Stephen said he was doing his bit by being gay...

Beautiful man. What's your issue du jour? Angry about anything #ausvotes?
More on Q4...
Feel like you shouldn't show your hand politically? ABC bias accusations and all that?

That politicians think that the trick to winning us over is to pander to our every demand. Play a little hard to get...

I think the great thing about the political parties being pretty much B1 and B2 is it's pretty hard to be biased...

I like to think of myself as an equal opportunity discriminator. Anyone who brings the jokes upon themselves...

Q5:
"What's the campaign missing for you?"

It's missing what Julia and Tony actually stand for. It's like they are sitting at home and have sent out their Avatars...

Or should that be Avatards in their case?

More on Q5...
Nice.

I know Tony says stand up for real action but that sounds like a move from pg 67 of the Karma Sutra...

Q6:
"Does Julia think "moving forward" is her "yes we can"?"

No "moving forward" is her version of "Kevin who? Look over there... it's a monkey holding something shiny!"

Q7:
"So they are both trying to be who they think we want them to be. Who are they really Wil?"

Well she is unmarried, childless, atheist, Bulldogs supporter... so apparently she is, um, me.

Tony is hairy and doesn't like to wear a shirt, so he is more like one of the werewolves from Twilight 30 years from now...

More on Q7...
Take that team Lautner!
Q8:
"Will there ever be another Bob Hawke in Australian politics? With or without the mad rooting."

I think everything swings one way and then the next. I mean Mark Latham nearly got elected and anaphylactics swell around..

him...

Q9:
"Excited about this one? Is there a vibe?"

Excited about getting to talk about why it is like this. On Gruen we have Neil Lawrence (Kevin 07) who explains it all...

And we have some awesome footage of John Hewson (one of our panelists) and Paul Keating actually debating each other...

Q10:
"Brilliant! One more; election night special of TOFOP (Thirty Odd Foot Of Podcast) in the works?"

Hmmm... the podcast has been at this stage a policy-free zone, but then again so is the election...

More on Q10...
Love you.
More on Q10...
TOFOP on itunes.

Thanks mate, now I'm off to stand up and then move forward and hopefully find some real action...

Q11:
"Just turn back some boats for the love of GOd! CHow."
